Sabine Grandke-Taft PT, CMT, GCFP, SEP has almost 30 years of professional experience in physical therapy, Feldenkrais, Watsu, and Massage therapy. She first observed that pleasure is the key to learning during her seven years as a physical therapist for babies with disabilities in Germany. Her interest in the body’s connection to spirit led her to live and learn at the Esalen Institute in California for three years. Sabine has studied more than 20 methods of body-oriented healing, including Biodynamic body therapy, Eriksonian hypnosis, yoga, tai chi, belly dance, Tantra, Gestalt, Breath work, meditations, Acutonics Sound Healing, and Somatic Experiencing [SE- trauma healing - Peter Levine ). Her five-year apprenticeship with David Deida immersed her in the teachings of sexual spirituality and the polarity of the sexes. She is currently writing her book on the recovery of feminine radiance.

Drawing on these models, Sabine has developed Radiant Embodiment, a healing approach that helps people connect to their bodies as their home. Women and men learn to trust life and open themselves to true love in fulfilling relationships. She uses Symphonic Touch®, her integrative movement massage process, to move beyond pain and negative behavior patterns so people can feel their bodies with clarity, through openness, relaxation, awareness, and pleasure.

Sabine is teaching workshops in Europe, India, Australia, and the US. She maintains her private practice and lives with her husband in Marin County, California.

She has mastered over 20 modalities of body-centered healing as a Physical Therapist, Feldenkrais practitioner, and Somatic Experiencing practitioner, as well as five-year apprenticeship with David Deida. She developed Symphonic Touch® and Radiant Embodiment workshops that allow women and men to reconnect lovingly to their physical body as the source for healing and passion.
