For your convenience, you can register and pay for a workshop in 1 of 3 ways:

  1. Complete the following Online Registration form using PayPal or Credit Card for secure online payment.

  2. Print the Registration Form and fax it to 415-507-0530 and mail your deposit check to Sabine Grandke-Taft, 689 Bryant, San Francisco CA 94107.

  3. Print and complete the Registration Form and mail with your deposit check to Sabine Grandke-Taft, 689 Bryant, San Francisco CA 94107.

The workshop cost, including $100 of the tuition (nonrefundable deposit), is required at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing either by mail or by fax to the event organizers. A refund less the deposit will be issued only if notice is given within 21 days of the event. Cancelled individuals sessions that are scheduled before or after workshops will only be refunded if the space is filled with another person.
